Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the unused yarn or home goods in their original packaging, ensuring all skein bands and tags are still attached.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
